Benzamidine- agarose gel
Ligand's Amide bond couple to 4% cross-linked agrose gel through a 14 carbon atoms spacer arm.
Benzamidine chemical is broad spectrum inhibitor of serine proteases. Consequently, the agrose with the coupling benzamidine can be used to the further purification process of serine proteases such as : trypsin,thrombin, urokinase, kinins release enzyme,former Kallikrein and so on.
Widely used in biochemical research.
