Endotoxin Capture Bestaresin 4HF
Endotoxin Capture Bestaresin 4HF uses immobilized polymyxin B to bind endotoxin from solution and remove it . Polymyxin B can bind to lipid chain of bacterial lipopolysaccharide A and thus neutralize biological activity of bacterial endotoxin. In addition to the antibacterial effect, polymyxin B can be used to remove various endotoxin from reagents. Studies have shown that immobilized polymyxin B inactivates most but not all of endotoxin.
