Chelating Bestaresin HF
Chelating Bestaresin High Flow is an immobilized metal ion affinity media which is made by iminodiacetic acid stably crosslinked to Bestaresin High Flow(HF) through ether bond. This media could specifically combine with histidine, serine and cysteine residues on the surface of protein to reach the aim of purification.
Advantages: High resolution of natural protein and recombinant protein; easy scale-up; extensive binding condition; strong practicality.
