Separation and purification via fixed metal ion affinity chromatography is achieved by interaction between a specific amino acid side chain (mainly histidine) and chelated metal ion. Our Ni series media is suitable for purification of his-tagged protein. Advanced crosslinking process of 6% agarose ensure the high velocity and capacity of the media as well as low limit of Ni2+ leakage, which makes it capatible for large-scale purification of his-tagged protein.
