Gel filtration media is made of 4% and 6% highly cross-linked agarose with good physical and chemical stability. It can tolerate various operating conditions of protein production process.
Gel filtration medium can meet needs of high-throughput industrial production. Media can withstand highr flow rate, and gain good resolution in short time. Bestarose Fast Flow media is easy to use and packed columns can be cleaned and sterilization because the medium can withstand high-pressure steam sterilization even compete sterilization when needed.
